Whether it is breakfast or brunch, lunch or dinner, a cocktail party or a coronation, one size does not fit all.  That is why every event we cater leads off with customized planning. We go over the menu possibilities with you, the service options, and the timing to make sure we thoroughly understand your requirements.

Then Ross and Dionely prepare options for your review. No catering straitjackets, no standard platters. Ever. Depending on your preferences we may fire up our large onsite wood fired grill. Or create a theme based on Asian or regional South American cuisines. The menu may take advantage of the current Pacific catch or other seasonal seafood. It will certainly incorporate produce from local farms and organic ingredients whenever possible.

Desserts are in our DNA. For that special final touch we offer temptations from our own baked goods and the extraordinary flavors of Pazzo Marco’s gelato specialties.

Our goal is to structure a unique gourmet experience for you and your guests. We won’t be satisfied with anything less. We won’t deliver anything less.
